Julie currently leads HR Analytics team at Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) where she helps the government agency with effective decision-making and strategic workforce planning through insights on the workforce. Prior to WSIB, she had Workforce Planning/HR Analytics and HR Merger & Acquisitions experience in private industry such as Technology, Retail and Entertainment where her primary focus was on bettering HR and hiring decision making through strategic use of data. She is very passionate about modernizing/revolutionizing Human Resource through strategic people analytics and cutting-edge technology.
