Karin Raguin is an experienced human resources leader whose support for visionaries at all stages of their careers fuels her personal mission of realizing a more equitable workplace. Having started her career as a social worker and a social entrepreneur serving people with disabilities, Karin has long sought innovative environments where she can make the greatest impact combatting discrimination or unequal treatment. Karin joined LVMH in 2007, and throughout her time with the organization, including a tenure with Christian Dior Couture, she has contributed invaluably to career management and leadership programs that help identify and unleash potential in individuals. Following her relocation to the United States in 2019, Karin took on an a new role with expanded responsibility for corporate social impact, drawing on her 20 years of experience volunteering with various associations and boards promoting gender equality and human rights.
