A strategic senior Director with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders within a matrix environment, across many diverse business environments and who works at the heart of the business to create practical and pragmatic solutions.  She has been responsible for HR for Trend Micro since 2010. Prior to joining the company, she served as VP of Human Resources International for Ticketmaster, was Pan European Human Resources Director for Avid Technology, and started her career as HR manager at Guinness Brewing GB.
