Nancy is known as a strategic leader, passionate about fostering an inclusive environment and growing leaders in a diverse and global climate. Each day includes nurturing partnerships with leaders, cultivating networks and serving as a connector to reveal and create career development opportunities for talent. Her current work is largely focused on Women in Leadership at LabCorp and the expansion of Employee Resource Groups across the global LabCorp footprint. Advancing an inclusive and diverse workplace inspires innovation to realize the mission of improving health and improving lives. 

Prior to her focus on Inclusion & Diversity, Nancy spent 15 years as an HR Partner at Covance, the drug development segment of Laboratory Corporation of America. Her experience encompassed many disciplines: strategic partnering, talent development, employee engagement, leadership coaching, compensation, benefits, process improvement, compliance, training and recruiting. 

Nancy lives in beautiful Lancaster County Pennsylvania with her husband Matt and two daughters, Lauren and Kendall. She is a proud Nittany Lion with a Communications degree from Penn State.
