Nina Stille is Director of the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Partner team at Intel responsible for designing and implementing the Business Unit strategy to reach Intel’s corporate D&I goals. Nina brings an approach to change that is grounded in deep research, continuous development, cultural context, and lived experience.

She started her career in the non-profit sector where she lobbied for immigration reform during the launch of the DREAM Act at the Immigration Center in Boston, and then assessed risk for micro-loans for small and medium sized cooperatives in Latin America at Root Capital. Prior to joining Intel, she worked as the Diversity Business Partner supporting two Senior Vice Presidents at Google. Nina also continues her external D&I consultancy, InReach, which offers equity coaching to executives, as well as training and strategy consultations supporting organizations in the advancement of their diversity, equity and inclusion goals.

She is passionate about helping teams and organizations identify opportunities for greater equity and fairness in their work and interactions with each other. In her free time, Nina enjoys running, hiking, and traveling with her husband, Riley, son, Liam and Irishdoodle, Murphy.
