Pat joined Northwell in 2016 following her distinguished tenure at Johnson & Johnson, where she spearheaded gold-standard wellness programming emulated by Fortune 500 companies for over 25 years. In 2020, the licensed health professionals of the Employee and Family Assistance Program (EAP) were aligned with Pat and the Employee Wellness team.

A leader In Influencing programs and initiatives that intersect with culture and engagement building, under Pat Flynn and the Employee Wellness team, Northwell achieved Springbuk's Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America, moving from #89 In 2020 to #2 In 2021.

Pat's passion for people and relationships is intrinsically tied to her hands-on leadership to endorse Northwell’s culture of well-being through interactive programs for the whole person, including their physical, social, spiritual and emotional health with the goal of improving health outcomes and employee engagement.
