Rachel Bycer is passionate about helping people realize their unique capabilities to transform themselves and ultimately the world. She began her career in journalism and then transitioned to public education, first as a Teach for America Corps member, and then continued teaching high school English and Journalism at Woodside High School. During the summer months, she worked at Five Keys Charter school teaching high school subjects to incarcerated adult males at San Francisco County Jail.
 
After developing an interest in organizational learning, she transitioned to Dropbox as the New Hire Onboarding Lead where she redesigned onboarding twice - live and then virtual. She currently works as a Learning and Organizational Development partner, helping develop individuals and teams through designing and facilitating learning experiences and interventions.
 
She is also a graduate student at Northwestern University, earning her Masters in Learning and Organizational Change (MSLOC), in addition to the Organizational Leadership Coaching Certificate (OLCC).
