An expert in the ever-changing global workforce management space, Robin Merritt is responsible for the delivery of many of Axsium’s most innovative service offerings. Robin works closely with dozens of industry-leading organizations all over the world that are pioneering new approaches to transforming the employee experience.

 

Robin began her workforce management career as a district and regional manager with successful tenures at The Gap, Brooks Brothers, and Polo Ralph Lauren. From there, in 2004 she became the Retail Practice Director at Kronos and was soon promoted to the position of Vice President of Global Professional Services. Capping off her highly impressive resume, she is now an Executive Vice President at Axsium Group, a Global Workforce Management Consulting firm with offices in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
