Sarah Peiker serves as Senior Vice President of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), North America at Talent Solutions (formerly ManpowerGroup Solutions) where she oversees the delivery of innovative recruiting solutions that enable companies to provide measurable results through their talent. Prior to her current position Sarah served as Global Practice Leader, RPO in Europe for five years where she established a strong and consistently growing RPO business. She built a high-quality operating team that led to the expansion of the organization’s global footprint and a 200% growth rate of the European/Africa RPO practice over the five years. 

 

Sarah is a recognized expert in talent solution design, HR technology, market intelligence, workforce consulting and leads multi-country teams to source, attract, develop and manage skilled talent for clients in a range of industries from manufacturing to retail. Under her leadership Talent Solutions has been named the global leader in RPO for eight consecutive years. 

 

Throughout her career Sarah held a variety of senior HR and recruiting positions before joining Talent Solutions in 2000. Among her many roles at the company she most notably led the Consulting and Research practice, which offers recruitment consulting services in the areas of recruiting process and compliance consulting, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate selection and training. 

 

Sarah has written several Position Papers which have been published by leading industry magazines, websites and newspapers and was awarded the Jaspar Award Gold Medal for Excellence in Writing, Feature Story. 

 

Sarah earned a B.A. in business from Michigan State University and completed Harvard Business School’s Credentials of Readiness (CORe) certificate program.
