Sarah Riley is a Data Strategist on the Diversity and Inclusion team at Fidelity Investments, a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing and other financial products and services to more than 26 million individuals, institutions and financial intermediaries. 

Sarah joined Fidelity in 2019 and has developed a governance strategy around sharing sensitive business data. She works to increase transparency around diversity data, while ensuring that data remains protected. 

Sarah has also developed KPIs and extensive standardized reporting that delivers insights regarding trends, areas of focus, and measures the impact of D&I efforts. Sarah has held a variety of positions throughout the financial services industry, including in human resources, finance, technology, and audit. Prior to joining Fidelity, she worked in transformation for BNP Paribas, a French international banking group. 

Sarah received a Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Birmingham in the UK and also holds a postgraduate qualification in international business.
