Seema is an industry leader in immigration with 20 years’ experience in practice in immigration and international law; supporting global clients through multi-jurisdiction corporate immigration programs, compliance, regulation, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring, and complex cross-border private client cases. Seema applies her depth of immigration experience to government liaison and industry regulatory work and is heavily involved in cross-department government engagements. Seema sits on the UK Home Office’s Employer Advisory Group and the immigration working group in BEIS Professional and Business Services Council, acting as a technical expert in migration policy.
