Tim Vigue is VP, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Business Advisor for Global Retail Markets (GRM) at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Tim’s career spans 30 years in talent management, change management and DEI. He has led large scale efforts in these areas for organizations in a wide range of industries, both internally and as an external consultant. In his role at Liberty, Tim’s focus is on accelerating GRM’s DEI efforts and supporting them in achieving their goal of becoming more diverse, equitable and inclusive. Tim has an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Boston University.
