Yuri is Director of the Global Employee Engagement Program Office, part of the Global Diversity, Inclusion and Social Impact (GDIS) organization, at Intel. The Employee Engagement Program Office strives to create the best engagement experience for all Intel employees, from onboarding, integration, development, progression, and inclusion/belonging, to enable them to be the best version of themselves and help Intel become the best technology company in the world. 
  
Yuri has been with Intel for 15 years. Prior to his role in Intel’s GDIS organization, Yuri held a variety of Engineering and Software roles at Intel. Yuri believes we are “better together” and has a passion for helping and connecting people including his work as the Intel Latino Network President and the Vice President for the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE). 
  
He has a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Operations and Technology Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
