Yvette is Executive Vice President, Head of Development at Citizens Bank. She joined the bank in 2012 and is responsible for defining and leading development strategies tied to talent management, leadership, and management development, organizational development, education, and training. Yvette plays a key role in developing and operationalizing Citizens’ work to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.
