Sarah spent 14 years at Google, leading teams within Learning and Leadership Development, including as the Global Head of Executive Development Programs. These days she spends her time thinking about how to make work wonderful at Murmur, a SaaS startup that helps teams collaboratively and inclusively make better decisions. Sarah also runs her own leadership and career coaching business, Third Coast Coaching, and has been coaching and facilitating on a variety of topics for more than a decade for notable companies like Twitter and PlayStation. She is particularly interested in leadership, wellbeing, and complex systems. Hailing from the great state of Michigan, she’s passionate about sustainability, environmental protections, and community engagement.
