NEW COURSE

Build Better Workplaces—By Design

Disconnected initiatives, surface-level perks, and fairness fatigue can all take a toll on your employees. Organizations can’t afford to treat the employee experience as an afterthought anymore. When employee experience efforts aren’t aligned with business goals, they can’t deliver the engagement, retention, and performance your organization needs to thrive.

It doesn’t have to be that way. When employee experience is aligned with your organization’s goals, it moves beyond one-off efforts and becomes a meaningful driver of strategic outcomes. Rather than focusing on engagement scores or culture-building, this certification repositions employee experience as a measurable business discipline, teaching you how to shape purposeful, data-informed experiences across the entire employee lifecycle.

During this hands-on, four-week, cohort-style course, you will be immersed in a highly interactive learning experience unlike anything HCI has offered before. You will meet weekly with your cohort and HCI faculty in 90-minute sessions, then complete self-paced modules in between. This unique format allows you to collaborate with your peers and learn at a time that works best for you. Through real-world examples, case studies, and design lab sessions, you’ll develop the strategic mindset and expertise to treat employee experience as a powerful, measurable business strategy that’s rooted in purpose, designed with intention, and built to last.
