Carol is committed to providing all employees with a meaningful and fulfilling experience at work. She knows how important it is for employees to be heard and cared for in making the employee experience a positive one.

Her experience started out in education, and she has transferred her skills from the classroom to the office. Using these skills, she has implemented and improved employee onboarding, employee listening and employee champion networks.

Carol is the Employee Experience Program Manager at Limeade working on continuously creating an impactful experience for all Limeade employees. Carol owns corporate onboarding as well as manages Limeade’s internal program TeamLimeade.

When not working on improving employee’s experience, you will find Carol sustaining her creative side as an actor, singer, and dancer in community theater. She also enjoys camping. Sometimes she does both, especially when she performs at an outdoor theater in the woods!
