Dr. Reece serves as Director of Data Science at Vemo.  With nearly a decade of experience in people analytics, he is committed to helping Vemo's clients use data to recruit, develop, and retain top talent. He holds a Master's in Statistics from the Wharton School of Business and a PhD in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to entering the HR space, Dr. Reece worked as an actuarial analyst, statistical consultant, and college lecturer.
