Dr. Gary Russo serves as Director of Workforce Intelligence at Providence St. Joseph Health. He helps organizational leaders make better, faster decisions about its workforce using people data.

Gary believes that analytics has the power (and responsibility) to positively impact lives. In his current role, Gary supports both workforce analytics and planning initiatives that affect 115,000 workers. He is a speaker and writer on the topic of people analytics adoption and prior to his seven years of experience in healthcare, Gary was a neuroscience research scientist.
