As the Head of People & Culture at Kazoo, Erica oversees the strategies behind performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and training & development initiatives.

Erica has a special interest in applying behavioral science and cutting-edge learning methodologies to promote positive change and organizational effectiveness. She is certified as a PHR and SHRM-CP in addition to being a member of the NeuroLeadership Institute.
