Johanna is a 30-year veteran in the field of Talent Acquisition, having focused on both information technology and biotechnology. Currently she is the Executive Director, Talent Acquisition for BioMarin Pharmaceutical. BioMarin is a global biotech company with ~3200 employees and focuses on the development of medicines for rare pediatric disorders. In this role she is responsible for leading the people, systems, and programs to engage and hire the exceptional people who will share BioMarin’s commitment to making a big impact on small patient populations.
