Lisa joined Profiles International, now Wiley, in 2007 as an Account Manager in the Government Department to help displaced people find careers. Working with Workforce Investment Boards across the United States she was able to help thousands of people regain employment.

Her deep passion for assisting people enabled her to be transferred to the Wiley Client Services division as a Strategic Account Manager. As a Strategic Account Manager, Lisa assisted organizations across all industries to improve their quality of hires, further engage team members and improve their selection process.

Currently, as a Manager of this same division, she is able to share her passion and experience with her team. Together, with the Wiley Client Services team, they have helped hundreds of organizations find top performers and a more engaged workforce, while helping to place thousands of people into better fitting roles.

Lisa has a Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management.
