Marcus has spent his career cultivating corporate environments that provide meaningful workplace experiences.  This has included a variety of roles including HR leadership, product management, sales and strategy.  Today Marcus leads a team of strategists that serve as subject matter experts in the alignment of Infor’s solution offerings and our clients’ most pressing needs.  He also influences the vision and strategy of our workforce offerings, while serving as an advocate for the HR practitioners who use them.  As technology is expected to play a growing role in the way work is accomplished, Marcus is focused on creating innovative opportunities to optimize how people and technology interact.  His genuine enthusiasm has fueled thought-leadership contributions about the future of work in a variety of publications and at industry events.  Mossberger holds a master’s degree in Human Resources from Ottawa University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Kansas.
