Margaret Moore
Executive Coach/Entrepreneurial Leader

Margaret Moore/Coach Meg, MBA, is an executive coach and entrepreneurial leader in the coaching industry. Following 17 years as an executive in the biotech industry, in the UK, Canada, France, and the US, Margaret founded Wellcoaches Corporation, a school of coaching for health professionals. Wellcoaches has trained 13,600 coaches in 50 countries since 2000. In 2010 Margaret co-founded the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching, a nonprofit subsidiary of the National Board of Medical Examiners, establishing coaching standards, coach certification, and healthcare reimbursement of health and well-being coaching services in the US. Moore is leading national reimbursement efforts for new healthcare codes (CPT) for health and well-being coaching services. She is on an American Medical Association team developing a handbook and coaching curriculum for medical school faculty.

She is co-founder (2009) and chair of the Institute of Coaching at McLean, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, and co-director of the Coaching in Leadership & Healthcare conference offered by Harvard Medical School since 2008.

Margaret is co-author of 20 peer-reviewed articles and 8 book chapters on coaching, the peer-reviewed Coaching Psychology Manual published by Wolters Kluwer, and Harvard Health Books Organize Your Mind, Organize Your Life and Organize Your Emotions, Optimize Your Life.
