Ms. Swift works with Korn Ferry's largest accounts - in North America and across the globe - to address their deepest challenges in the digital arena. Throughout her career, Ms. Swift has been focused on transforming organizations. She co-founded a thinktank - focused on data-driven models for the future of leadership - for a major executive search firm. At Deloitte, she launched two $200 million service offerings addressing clients' growing ESG mandate. Earlier in her career, she conducted a series of pioneering derivatives trades for Deutsche Bank. Ms. Swift is a recognized thought leader on the human side of digital transformation. She has taught digital leadership at the Tuck Business of Business at Dartmouth via the Visiting Executive Program and serves on the Big Data Advisory Board of Rutgers University. Her column on the digital people journey appears monthly on The Enterpriser's Project, and her research has been published in such venues as Harvard Business Review and The Wall Street Journal. Her recent project work - spanning industries from life sciences to consumer to financial services to industrials - has focused on the activation of leaders and organizations for the digital journey, leveraging thoughtful assessment analytics and innovative development techniques. Melissa received her MBA from Columbia Business School and her BA from Harvard University.
