In 2013, Hay Group research revealed that levels of employee engagement remained flat across the globe and significantly below engagement levels in high performing companies.
Our research also highlighted that while the majority of employees felt motivated to go the extra mile for their company, working conditions were still preventing them from being as productive as they could be; resulting in the number of employees planning to leave their organization in the next five years, hitting a five year high.
