In this webinar, we will consider the topic of the external workforce from both employer and worker perspectives, and tackle topics such as the use of technology, legal considerations, and stakeholders responsible for external worker management, along with how to effectively integrate external workers into the company culture so they feel included and engaged. As part of this discussion, we will also share initial findings from a comprehensive research program on the external workforce, which is being conducted by SAP in collaboration with SHRM.
