AI is transforming recruitment—but without intentional human-centered design, even the most advanced tools risk amplifying bias and undermining candidate trust. This workshop goes beyond algorithms to explore where and how HR teams can intentionally integrate fairness, empathy, and accountability throughout the entire hiring journey.
From crafting inclusive job descriptions to designing transparent assessment processes and ensuring equitable candidate experiences, participants will learn practical touchpoints to embed human judgment, oversight, and ethical considerations alongside AI-powered systems. We’ll examine real-world examples of what works (and what doesn’t), uncover bias traps, and share actionable strategies for collaborating with technology partners, hiring managers, and candidates themselves.
