Robert Tate is a Partner in PwC’s People Analytics practice. He has over 20 years of executive consulting experience in employee experience (EX) measurement, leadership development, and HR research and assessment-based change. He acts as a trusted advisor for clients leveraging his experience in large-scale employee experience, engagement survey and listening programs and all aspects of employee survey research, including broad-based onboarding, engagement, exit surveys, diversity and inclusion, 360°, and talent assessments/leadership development diagnostics.
His passion is helping clients achieve their aspirational goals and objectives by taking measured and consistent steps to align their workforce strategies with the employee experience. He’s devoted his career to achieving this alignment - helping leaders connect their strategies to operational impact and employee engagement.
Robert holds a BA in Economics from University of Arizona and has Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
