Change is not a destination, it’s a journey. One that can take place over many months and be filled with the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. As HR leaders, it’s our responsibility to ensure that employees are equipped to make that journey and arrive at the destination engaged and inspired for what’s possible. 

In this session, Amanda Hume will share her experiences in designing, delivering and measuring the employee experience through change, importantly she will provide insight into how she has gathered and leveraged data to help define and deliver experiences that have driven the success of both employees and organizations through change.
