A trusted business partner to C-Suite and executive teams, April is known for her ability to collaboratively develop innovative, high-impact talent solutions that drive the business forward.

Currently, April serves as the Chief People Officer and SVP of HR for Micron Technology. Micron is a global, Fortune 200 company that specializes in some of the world’s most advanced memory and semiconductor technologies. As one of the most prolific patent holders in the world, we continually rethink, recast, and advance new ideas to bring innovation to the broader markets; finding ways our technology can inspire new applications or make fundamental advancements to existing designs. As the only U.S.-based DRAM manufacturer, Micron leverages an expansive global footprint and proven technology leadership to make it easier for customers to try new things and gain competitive advantages in their markets. In her role, April is responsible for a global team providing support to an evolving organization - ensuring the company’s ability to attract, engage and develop, reward, and retain high performing and critical talent segments.
