Brian is part of the employee lifecycle team at Spectrum Health, an integrated health system in Southwest and West Michigan with 31,000 employees. In this role, he currently focuses on Spectrum Health's continuous listening and conversation program, based around onboarding, quarterly engagement, and exit surveys in a common platform. For the past decade, Brian has worked in a variety of human resources functions at Spectrum Health and the Social Security Administration, including employee & labor relations, change management, and engagement. He holds a JD from Wayne State University in Detroit.
