
Carlee Wolfe brings 20 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness to her role as Associate Vice President at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Her global work focuses on building leadership capability, shaping colleague experience, and driving programs that support performance, wellbeing, and growth across Hyatt.
Before joining Hyatt, Carlee led global change management at Under Armour, contributing to major transformation efforts. Her background also includes leadership roles with the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee and consulting across various industries. Known for her practical approach and ability to build authentic relationships, Carlee helps organizations evolve how they grow leaders, navigate change, and create cultures where people can do their best work.
Outside of Hyatt, Carlee is active in the Baltimore community, volunteering with the Kennedy Krieger Institute to support programs that improve the lives of children and young adults with developmental disabilities and disorders of the brain, spinal cord, and musculoskeletal system.
