Greg Harris leads Quantum Workplace, an Omaha-based leader in employee feedback software. Harris designed the first city-by-city Best Places to Work list in partnership with a network of newspapers. And Harris guided Quantum Workplace as it grew from an engagement survey platform to a full suite of employee survey, performance management, and analytics tools. The Quantum Workplace suite enables employers to measure employee engagement, set/track organizational goals, and facilitate manager 1:1s. These people processes drive employee success. Quantum Workplace has been recognized by Inc Magazine in each of the last six years as one of America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies. 

Harris graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a degree in Political Science. His first start-up aimed to supply workplace survey data to the investment management industry. He helped launch Quantum Workplace with the goal of giving companies the tools they need to capture and understand the voice of employees. He is married with four children and lives in Omaha, Nebraska. When he’s not working, Harris is reading how-to books on chess strategy with the goal of beating his 15-year-old son.
