Isa Peña-Keller is a Workforce Planning Principal at Lockheed Martin. Mrs. Peña-Keller has spent the last three years leading the implementation of Vemo to support the Lockheed Martin workforce planning activities at the Aeronautics business unit. Mrs. Peña-Keller has over twenty years of experience in leading and supporting the capture and execution of government and commercial contracts and delivering solutions to improve processes. Mrs. Peña-Keller graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance and Management, and a Masters in Business Administration.
