Jim Livingston is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Compensation at Quicken Loans, the nation's largest residential home lender. He leads a team of dedicated recruiting professionals who recruit for all areas of the business inside of Quicken Loans and Family of Companies. Jim joined Quicken Loans in 2002 after earning his bachelor’s degree from Hillsdale college in financial management and Spanish. He began his journey as a dedicated mortgage professional when he realized his passion was leadership and became a Director of Mortgage Banking in 2006. Through his tenacity and dedication to Quicken Loans, he was promoted to senior leadership and in January of 2014, was promoted to Vice President of Mortgage Banking. Along the way he’s been a mentor to many team members which in turn has helped each of them grow their business and advance in their careers. In August 2017, Jim was promoted to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, and later in 2019 he took on the Compensation team as well. He looks forward to growing the organization by attracting, engaging and retaining top diverse talent. Outside of the office, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife Leigha, and their three children.
