Jim McCoy is SVP for Talent Solutions, which includes TAPFIN Managed Service Programs (MSP) and its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business lines. Previously, Jim had spent nine years building Manpower’s global business RPO business into the largest global provider of outsourced recruiting services. He led the expansion of RPO services into 58 countries, building service centers in each major region. 

 

Between roles at ManpowerGroup, Jim took a brief hiatus, during which time he was CRO and general manager at Scout Exchange, an AI-enabled recruitment marketplace with 800 enterprise clients and 5,000 search and staffing firms. Jim led Scout’s expansion into total talent acquisition, as well as the management of contingent workforce programs. 

 

A graduate of Northwestern University, Jim speaks five languages and is a well-known industry champion and speaker on the issues of diversity and equality in recruitment.
