Kyle Gerjerts, Ph.D. is a Director of Talent Management at Walgreens Boots Alliance. In this role, Kyle leads the design, development, and implementation of Talent Management strategies in the Retail Pharmacy USA division (Walgreens), and also contributes to global talent strategies across Walgreens Boots Alliance. This includes leadership of employee engagement, as well as selection and assessment, competency modeling, performance management, succession & talent planning. Prior to Walgreens, Kyle worked in external consulting and has also served as an adjunct faculty member at DePaul University, teaching undergraduate courses in introductory statistics for behavioral sciences and industrial/organizational psychology, as well as graduate research seminars. Kyle received a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University.
