Laura Schwarz is the founder of i2 Leadership, an executive coach and the host of the podcast "Mojo Mondays Bootcamp" which features inspirational stories of people who faced obstacles that stood between them and their dreams and the strategies they used to overcome them. For the past 10+ years, she has worked with leaders at some of the world’s most recognizable companies to help them build resilient, thriving teams. Laura is a frequent presenter at industry conferences (including Women in Cable and Television, National Association of Women Lawyers). She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and is certified as both an executive and team coach. Prior to founding i2, Laura held leadership positions at American Express and Y&R Advertising.
