For over 20 years, Marilyn has focused on coaching global leaders and teams to support them in reaching their full potential. When the stakes are high for new managers or veteran leaders or a troubled team, she partners with them on their journey to sustainable growth. 

She is known by her clients as an intuitive, authentic, and curious partner who encourages clients to be courageous in creating new perspectives and values alignment. Marilyn has a deep commitment to a trusting and client-centered approach and is dedicated to bringing the client organization’s system dynamics into the coaching conversation. She believes that self-reflection and mindfulness are the keys to a meaningful life. To this end, sessions are on-going awareness opportunities that allow leaders to be intentional in their choices and courageous in trying out new behaviors to meet their immediate goals and longer-term vision. 

Marilyn has lived and worked in Southern Africa, the Middle East, Australia, Canada and the United States with an additional global span of coaching and consulting clients in Europe, Latin/South America, and Asia. Her past clients include a broad spectrum of global private and public sector organizations such as financial services, central banking, manufacturing, energy, automotive, fast-moving consumer goods, apparel, technology, life sciences/biotech, international development, and higher education.

Marilyn’s coaching is informed by her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) ICF accreditation and over 5000 coaching hours. With her coach certification training from Integral Coaching Canada (ICC) and Co-Active Coach Training Institute (CTI) schools, Masters of Science in Organization Development (MSOD), her Applied Behavioral Science certification and Bachelor of Education, Marilyn brings industry standard professional and academic rigor as well as practical experience to her coaching relationships. She is trained and certified in a number of assessments including many intercultural ones: Hogan, Wiley™ Everything DiSC suite of products, Thomas Kilman Conflict, Power and Systems, Enneagram, International Profiler, International Team Trust Indicator, International Preference Indicator, Global View (360 for Leaders), LJMap, Productive Conflict, etc. 

In addition to coaching, Marilyn consults with clients on Team Development, Organization Design, and Behavioral/Organizational Change Implementation. She also designs and delivers expat/global player executive coaching and competency programs.
