He is particularly equipped to work with leaders to understand and build their capabilities in the areas of team leadership through emotional, social, and relationship systems intelligence. He enjoys working with leaders willing to examine themselves, their values, attitudes and beliefs, emotions, thinking, actions, and relationships as a source for their performance at work and fulfillment in life. Neil’s approach has objective and practical frameworks, which contain the environment for exploratory dialogue necessary for customized and transformative work. Leaders value his ability to nudge them across the edges of their normal patterns of thinking, being, and doing. 
As a consultant, business, and team leader, combined with deep expertise and experience in emotional and relationship intelligence, Neil has a keen sense of individual and system dynamics. He bolsters his work as an instructor and certification faculty at CRR Global, where he teaches Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching with special interest in working with differences, inclusion, rank and privilege. He is also a faculty at the Co-Active Training Institute where he is a Leader in the world renowned Co-Active Leadership Program. His expertise at the intersection of leadership, relationships systems, inclusion, and wellbeing enables him to work with leaders facing constant change, helping them improve their leadership, perform at their best more often, create resilient and inclusive teams, and manage their wellbeing the process. Neil has broad background in coaching, facilitation, and consulting in health care, county; state; and federal government, consumer goods, energy, non-profit, higher education, and professional services. He has coached accountants, management and strategy consultants, engineers, attorneys, MBAs, executives, academic administrators, public servants, IT; finance; and brand professionals. 
Neil is a professional coach and facilitator, an instructor and certification faculty for the CRR Global Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching program, and a leader for the Co-Active Institute Co-Active Leadership Program. He holds Master of Public Health, the Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation, is a Certified Organization and Relationship Systems Coach, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Emotional + Social Intelligence Coach, and Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPC). He is an authorized facilitator of the Team Diagnostic Assessment, Leadership Circle Profile, Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), and Meyers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). He was born and raised in the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, and lives with his family in California.
