Polly Harris is currently AVP Workforce Operations for Union Pacific where she oversees diversity and inclusion engagement strategies, shared services, corporate investigations, and health and medical services. She became AVP in October 2019. She joined Union Pacific in 2006 as manager-Recruitment and held a variety of positions including most recently, general director-Diversity & Inclusion, HR business partner and director-HR for the Marketing & Sales, Finance, Law and Operating departments. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Iowa and is a 2014 graduate of the Union Pacific leadership development program. Polly is a member of the board of directors for Together Omaha.
