Her work involves conceptualization and implementation of research projects, analytics for both internal and external initiatives, and translation of research findings into actionable practices. She is passionate about helping organizations support and encourages their employees to bring their best selves to work and life. Reetu earned her MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University.
