Since 2005, the International Coach Federation (ICF) International Prism Award has honored businesses and organizations with coaching programs that fulfill rigorous professional standards, address key strategic goals, shape organizational culture, and yield discernible and measurable positive impacts.
In 2014, the Prism program honored two organizations that have taken distinctly different approaches to structuring their coaching programs: While India’s J.K. Organisation launched its successful initiative by providing Executive Coaching to senior leaders, the United States’ CareSource chose to invest in coaching first-time leaders through their transition. This panel discussion with Dilep Misra, ACC, J.K.’s president of corporate HR; J. Matthew Becker, M.Ed., PCC, CareSource’s coaching and mentoring manager; and moderator Mark Ruth, ICF Global's Director of Research and Education, will explore how J.K. and CareSource are leveraging professional coaching to meet strategic challenges, transform their cultures and prepare for the future.
