Today, the need to hire IT professionals who can bridge silos is more pressing than ever. Higher education IT today is no longer about better back-office processing. There’s a palpable sense that technology, if applied creatively, can transform teaching and learning and improve student outcomes.
But only if IT professionals can work collaboratively with stakeholders across their campuses to implement and manage change.
