HR leaders must guide our managers and workers through these new realities. The Talent Management functions of acquisition, development, engagement, and retention are more critical—and more challenging—than ever. And while we have learned so much about the importance of effective onboarding, now we must focus our efforts on the critical elements of reboarding—acclimating our employees to a new reality that may include temperature checks, masks, social distancing, and some mandatory telecommuting days.  HCI Faculty Member, Mark Allen, Ph.D., will provide practical guidance to HR leaders to help them formulate their talent strategies and forecast what changes may need to be made for the rest of 2020. He will also include lessons learned and tips for how to manage HR teams successfully.
